The girl that helped me get my package to my car must have been the best valued employee. Everything i picked up was heavy. She asked to help and was the most plesent employee i ever had delt with. Smiles all the time! A++++++++++ expereance!!!!!

On April 22nd 2026 at 6:50 PM I had dropped off a couple of boxes to be shipped off to the customer. There was a FedEx representative starring at a computer looking at me however never acknowledge me or more importantly said "we will be with you in a moment". After standing there for a minute I made a comment and if it wasn't for the wonderful young lady that was already assisting another customer who stepped in I probably would have stood there for another couple minutes before I was acknowledged. Kudos to the woman who stepped in. The guy behind the counter should be fired. He absolutely lacks in customer service.
