Remy, customer service representative, who works for cricket vip716 is exceptional! She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and polite. She fixed every problem I had. I was very unhappy with Cricket when I walked into the store. She changed my attitude to being happy!! She is a VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE.

I have been trying to find an IPHONE for the past 3 weeks to no avail until I called the cricket store on Eggert road in North Tonawanda and spoke to Remy on the phone. Who then informed me that she had the phone I was looking for, so I came to the store and bought a new phone. Remy was so helpful not only with excellent service but also recovered all my data from my other broken phone. She is a great asset to this company and deserves to be recognized for above and beyond service also she definitely deserves a raise also
