    Extremely disappointing experience. Macy’s made a one-letter mistake in my name, but I showed Peter—the person who identified himself as the owner—my government-issued ID and Macy’s confirmation email proving the package was mine. He still refused to release it and was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I understand security procedures, but there was no excuse for his behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store.

    The rudest store I’ve ever been too. Unsure if it was the owners or just the front desk attendant at the time. I would recommend going to a different UPS store if possible.
