  Idk why they deleted my review but please elsie sure you check your orders. i ordered hot honey tenders and got LEMON pepper. unseasoned fries n extra ranch to make up for it.. but i wasn’t able to eat the meal bc it simply wasn’t what i wanted or liked. they did not pick up the phone either so keep that in mind. overall i do enjoy wingstop. but they were just rushing and costed me.

  Worst food of all time I came to get some wings and when I got it the wings were uncooked and was cooked in old oil

  Carl was an absolute delight! He sincerely apologized for the missing delivery of my order through DoorDash. Despite the run-around I had received from the staff, he went above and beyond to accommodate me. It was evident that he genuinely understood and cared about resolving my issues to prevent losing a loyal customer. This exceptional individual deserves an immediate raise and should be appointed as the store manager. The Bronx desperately needs this level of customer service. I will definitely return here thanks to Carl’s establishment. Thank you so much, Carl!
