  Carl was an absolute delight! He sincerely apologized for the missing delivery of my order through DoorDash. Despite the run-around I had received from the staff, he went above and beyond to accommodate me. It was evident that he genuinely understood and cared about resolving my issues to prevent losing a loyal customer. This exceptional individual deserves an immediate raise and should be appointed as the store manager. The Bronx desperately needs this level of customer service. I will definitely return here thanks to Carl’s establishment. Thank you so much, Carl!

  They are very nasty they don't use gloves will cooking or packaging your food also the young lady at register handles money and pack food without any gloves. There was Waterbugs and roaches in the dining area and I had to leave. First and last time at this establishment. 🤮🤮🤮

  Every time i come here the service is amazing, is organized and is fast. It can be order to dine in or take out or even delivery this location still maintain an awesome service.

  The vibe is good staff is friendly Carlton was great and Shakur made crispy and well sauced food. Sometimes you have to wait but food is worth waiting for and then. They are better than stores in bronx
