  Horrible experience with this store and the lady working at the counter. Placed an online order, then was told she would not honor the discount once I arrived to pick it up. Showed extreme attitude and told me to deal with the refund with my credit card company. Avoid this location!

  Walked in on a Sunday afternoon to grab lunch. Turns out this subway is also a day care for the employees and there kids. After I walked in I saw the employee eating, so I decided to order on the app. No greeting or anything what so ever. Just in the phone non stop yapping. After placing the order on the phone the employee goes on the terminal and cancels/terminates my order. I am beyond disgusted with my experience here. No refund. As a franchise owner myself, this would be unacceptable.

  Absolutely worst subway ever. They make up their own rules because of their lack of making money. They say they can’t give you veggies on your sub because whoever runs the store says they can’t. They don’t do any deals. If you want subway DO NOT go to the one in suffern!

  Bathroom was not allowed @ the time of ordering food. A senior citizen lady going from CT to VA was not allowed the courtesy to use employees’ restroom:( It’s totally poor customer service:(
