  Switched from State Farm to Allstate through agent Chet, was told it was just a carrier switch — turns out my comprehensive and collision coverage got silently dropped with zero notification. Found out when my car took flood damage and I got NOTHING because I was liability-only without ever being told. Had to replace my vehicle completely out of pocket because of his error. Emailed him twice. Silence. He called back once, I asked for everything in writing after that — ignored. Had to fight my way to corporate myself just to be heard. Completely unacceptable handling of a real financial loss that was 100% avoidable if he'd just done his job and told me what he changed. Do not trust this agent with your coverage — verify everything in writing, because he won't tell you what he's actually doing to your policy.

  Just want to say I have been using Allstate for 22 years and have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. Rich Pacheco has been my go to person!!!! He is the best. Always happy to hear from me no matter how many times I call and he is always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this office.

  I do 6month policy. Thing where fine prior to Budhwa take over. Upon my renewal my 6 month policy jump to what adds up to be almost $3000.00 yearly. With my first renewal payment being $600 from me pay 190.00 month, I requested a lower deductible of 234mntly on prior policy. I paid so far $400. $200. Now I'm being told I owe $485. I'm need to get a new policy fortunately .
