  Took roughly 3 hours from time I placed my order to the time of picking it up. Ordered it at 7:30pm for a 9:30pm pickup time and didn't receive my food until almost 10:30pm on a Friday night. Half the kitchen was focusing more on talking than working and worked pretty slow for a busy time frame. Food was decent but not worth the unnecessary wait.

  First time going since they opened. Waited about 20 minutes for food, 2 combos, not terrible. The guy at the counter was helpful. Got our order home (5min drive) and we didn’t get the voodoo fries with one of the combos that was the biggest disappointment! Tried calling the store and no answer x2. Wings and fries were cold within that 5 min drive. The plain fries and Hawaiian sauce on the wings were very good! Will have to try it again during the day and maybe have a better experience. We went at 10pm. Restaurant was not very clean at that time.

  Over an hour waiting for the food when I placed the order online. People were ordering while I was waiting for my food and getting it way before I did. A team member said my order was cancelled on their system and it was no longer available. Literally the worst experience ordering food somewhere in recent years. Definitely vome if you want want to watch people get their food before you while their system deletes your order.

  I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Waited 1 hr for 3 combos. 1 sandwich combo which was disgusting. Tenders combo which was not all that great and a wing combo which was under cooked. I would rather drive 30 minutes to Chick fil a for better food and service.

  Honestly extremely disappointed. I went in and ordered and the person at the register was extremely bland and must not have really been listening when I ordered, we even asked a question because we’ve never had it before and they had literally no answers, I was told 45-1 hr wait, which is to be expecting since they are so busy, but while waiting I was reading my receipt of two meals and realized half of it was completely wrong. I told the cashier and they just took the receipt didn’t say anything walked back into the kitchen and then came back and just handed my receipt . Food took about an hour and 20 minutes. When I got home not only was my food wrong but also flavorless like literally no seasoning no nothing and dry. Was supper excited because everyone hypes up wing stop but I definitely won’t be trying it again for long time. Worst 50 bucks I’ve ever spent, couldn’t even finish the food and I’ll eat just about anything :/
