I can’t believe the horrible delivery service they have. I have witnessed the frustrations our daughter has gone through not once but 5 times the deliverd packages to the house next door. Not matter what instructions you put on their site the driver refuses to follow them. I will avoid ordering anything if it has to be delivered by fedex

We were told by one of their satellite FedEx drop off locations to bring it to this store. so I drove 25 minutes here, only to have this dude Mack at the front desk tell me “no they can’t accept it”. even though it’s got a return label and everything on it. Mack will not accept it. unprofessional. don’t bother wasting your time coming to this store, when you drive almost a half an hour one way for them to say nope. ridiculous. Terrible terrible store.
