  We were told by one of their satellite FedEx drop off locations to bring it to this store. so I drove 25 minutes here, only to have this dude Mack at the front desk tell me “no they can’t accept it”. even though it’s got a return label and everything on it. Mack will not accept it. unprofessional. don’t bother wasting your time coming to this store, when you drive almost a half an hour one way for them to say nope. ridiculous. Terrible terrible store.

  They don't even knock on the door when delivering. Can't get a hold of an actual person at the store either. Terrible service all the way around

  La’Nya was great! I had to make multiple copies of over 200 pages of documents and get it to post today. While mango g other customer she stated on top of ensuring the copier was full and working properly. The copiers are really fast too! Black and white copies are priced lower than FedEx peer competitors. My thanks goes out to La’Nya, her, team, and the management of this professionally run business!
