  Absolutely disgusting how I was just treated at this location. I have been coming to since it’s moved. Walked 40 minutes to get to the store. Arrived at 11 to see the doors locked. Brenden was doing his opening duties still, fine. Waited another few middle still locked, he came to the door to let me know it’s going to be another hour before he’s set up making opening time 12. I asked if I could possibly wait inside due to the fact I just walked I’m a women and it’s freezing. He rudely denied and told me to get off the property. I was greeted rudely, told me he’d call the cops if I didn’t leave screaming 2 inches in front of my face to leave. That’s when I felt threatened and called the cops myself, Unfortunately they told me they can’t come for an argument so I left. I have never been more threatened by a stranger in my life. Teach your employees some compassion, especially in this time of year. I could have waited another 40 minutes inside quietly and patiently . After all he was supposed to be open for an HOUR! My service will be going else where just for the principle of this matter.

  Spoke with Bill today. I went to the tall ave store. Bill helped me getting a new phone, did not pressure me trying to go with the highest price. Gave me the best phone in my price range. Bill made sure my new phone was in working order, transfered everything from my old to my new and answered all my questions. I drove from the Solvay area to this one because the one in Western lights store were total jerks. The music was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself talk. If I ever need anything else I will definitely be seeing Bill at the Tall Ave store. If I was able to give him a 10 star rating I would of. Thank you for hiring a wonderful employee. Mary

  I recently visited the Cricket Mobile Store and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Danielle and Bill, in particular, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Danielle took the time to understand my needs and patiently answered all my questions about the different phone plans and devices available. Bill assisted me with setting up my new phone and ensured everything was working perfectly before I left the store. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. I highly recommend this Cricket Mobile Store to anyone looking for excellent service and support. Thank you, Danielle and Bill, for making my visit so pleasant!
