  The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.

  Came in to get my phone unlocked and all of the staff were very polite and helpful. They’re very professional and efficient at their jobs. Overall amazing customer service.
