T was extremely helpful on the phone, helped me fix my HBO subscription and my Mobile Hotspot in only a few minutes, She was fast efficient and professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure.

The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.
