  My name is Sam and I can’t thank the general manager and the entire team at the teal avenue store in Syracuse for their incredible help and kindness when I was stranded in my car. My throttle position sensor had failed and caused a bunch of codes to come up, and I was honestly unsure of what to do. The general manager went above and beyond by stepping in to assist the employee who was already helping me. He took the time to explain where the problem was, how to replace the throttle position sensor, and even offered to guide me through the process so I could get back on the road and make it home safely. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help someone who was in a tough situation truly meant a lot to me. You don’t come across that kind of customer service every day. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. You’ve gained a lifetime customer, and I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you again to the entire team for going above and beyond!

  This store is amazing. The younger guy at the counter was doing absolutely everything he could for all of the customers in line and asked me if I wanted him to put the wipers on my Corolla for me when I was the last one in line. I would have done them fine myself but he was really nice to my little car and I couldn't be happier with how nicely my wipers work now. Guy is going above and beyond here, please treat these employees well. Some of the best service I've ever gotten from an auto parts store because the dude was so friendly and seriously eager to help everybody and give the best service he could even though he was working alone. We need places like this here with friendly service and this employee went above and beyond.

  I actually went in looking for a dental mirror for a plumbing issue. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and I came away with exactly what I needed... for only $2! I've shopped here in the past with the same positive results. They're now my 1st stop for my auto (& plumbing) needs :)

  Just stopped at this location for a headlight, the store manager Jason approached me when I walked in and asked what I needed. I told him a headlight, but realized I had to cash my check before I could buy it. Jason goes 'no problem, cash your check and I'll have your headlight waiting for you.' Cashed my check and came back and this dude was already at the counter waiting. Cashed me out and wished me a good day. I go to my car and insert the new bulb, still doesnt work. I go back inside and tell Jason and he walks back out with me to my car and checks the bulb. Turns out I had replaced my high beam bulb like a dumbass, but Jason says no sweat and exchanges my bulb for the correct one. After he rings me out for the correct bulb I say 'hey man, i appreciate your extra help, how do I help you out? Leave a good review? Give you a tip?' Jason goes 'psh, dude you dont have to help me, it's my job. Dont worry about it.' 5 stars, now THAT'S some good customer service. I'll always go to this location for car stuff from now on because they employ some exceptional staff that give above and beyond customer service. Headlight works great now that I have it in the right place. Thanks again Jason.
