  George and the staff consistently provide outstanding customer service. They are warm, welcoming, efficient, and genuinely friendly, making every visit a positive experience. During my most recent visit, I even observed a new employee being trained, and the patience, kindness, and support the team showed throughout the training process spoke volumes about the culture they have created. It's clear they value both their customers and one another, and it truly sets this UPS Store apart.

  I’m a small business owner, and I ship a lot of packages every day. This is by far the friendliest UPS Store I’ve ever been to. Every single employee greets you with a smile, everyone is incredibly polite and welcoming, and they work very quickly and efficiently. I’d especially like to mention a wonderful employee named Jan. She is always incredibly kind and friendly to me, and she has such a cheerful, positive personality. Every time I come in, she takes great care of my packages and always makes sure everything is handled properly. Her excellent customer service is one of the reasons I genuinely look forward to coming here every day. I come here every day, and I’m always happy to see them. Honestly, visiting this store has become one of the best parts of my day. I’m truly grateful to Jan and the entire team for everything they do. Thank you all for making every visit such a pleasant experience!

  Your staff always take such good care of my packages. They suggest tips for packing and timing so that my packages arrive in good condition and when I want them to arrive for a reasonable cost. In particular, Jan always greets me with a big smile and hello! She makes suggestions for packing my items properly and for shipping services that are most economical for the timing I need for my package to get to its destination on time. She is not only professional, but is friendly also as she assists me. She always thanks me for coming in and lets me know that she looks forward to seeing me again! I am so grateful that you hired Jan😍

  Jan she is the best person who workers here she absolutely amazing always willing to help and make my life easier any possible way I would definitely recommend anyone coming to this store because of her even when they have long lines she makes the line move very fast and she is also very knowledgeable this store would fall apart if she wasn’t around
