Tried to con a customer for a quick drop off. I had a Walmart item that needs to be returned; Walmart says no label is needs, just bring back the item in original box. So I did. When I brought the item here, they said I have to use 'blank box' to return the item which can be purchased here if I don't have one. I have returned items here a few times here before, but this was the first time they asked for it; trying to pitch a quick box sale. I actually called and asked Walmart if that's a new return policy via FedEx and obviously they said no. I'll make sure to stay away from this con-artists location.

Everyone here is always so kind and helpful with my packages. I ship a high quantity of packages per month, and I can only say wonderful things about this location, workers, and manager Michael. Thank you!

horrible service. Overcharged me for an international shipment and promised me it will be delivered by today. but it only moved from NY to TN; not even leave the country after 5 day.
