Tried to con a customer for a quick drop off.
I had a Walmart item that needs to be returned; Walmart says no label is needs, just bring back the item in original box. So I did.
When I brought the item here, they said I have to use 'blank box' to return the item which can be purchased here if I don't have one.
I have returned items here a few times here before, but this was the first time they asked for it; trying to pitch a quick box sale.
I actually called and asked Walmart if that's a new return policy via FedEx and obviously they said no.
I'll make sure to stay away from this con-artists location.
Everyone here is always so kind and helpful with my packages. I ship a high quantity of packages per month, and I can only say wonderful things about this location, workers, and manager Michael. Thank you!

I've shipped quite a few times from this store, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I'm usually shipping items of artistic and emotional value that it's hard to put a price on, but which would result in extreme disappointment if they didn't arrive in perfect condition. So far, I've never been disappointed. Most recently, the manager went above and beyond to help me ship an invaluable family antique to my home in Florida. He recommended a packing approach and packed the item while I waited (and observed) for a very reasonable charge. The item arrived in Florida right on schedule and in flawless condition. I highly recommend this particular FedEx store for the service they provide.
Staff is always super helpful, love that they have a cart by the door when I have a lot of packages. When I had an issue with a Package and only got "Robots" through FedEx Corporate, they were happy to take my phone number down to look into on my behalf.

horrible service. Overcharged me for an international shipment and promised me it will be delivered by today. but it only moved from NY to TN; not even leave the country after 5 day.
