  Great service always here , I actually prefer to go here over the post office. Everyone is really respectful and nice and I never had an issue here.

  I tried to mail an online return here, I dropped off my item and 3 weeks later I realized the vendor marked my return as “not received”, I tried to call this UPS store to get the tracking info for my package, I had the exact date and time that I brought it in but they told me they are unable to provide a tracking number or any proof that my package was mailed.

  I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully as a customer. I went into the store to print a shipping label and got in line to tell one of the staff members that the printer is not working. She led me to the computer and told me to sign in, and left. Confused, I said I already did this and the document is not printing. She told me to login and download the document, to which I said I already did that and I only deleted and signed out to get help since I did not want it open on a public computer, and she said I could have just said that instead of giving her an attitude. ???? This staff member has worked at this UPS store for as long as I remember and she has always had this demeanor. This staff member is always in the same spot, straight ahead from the entrance. I am surprised she still has a job. UPDATE: I printed my shipping label at Staples and realized this store is a SCAM. At Staples two sheets of paper was only $0.70 while this store charges $2-3. Take your business elsewhere, guys... I cannot believe I used their services for as long as I have... HUGE regrets for putting up with unprofessionalism and rudeness.

  I stop in frequently (mostly just to drop off packages and returns), but they are always SO efficient and staff is super sweet and friendly. Best UPS location around.

  I’ve sent, returned, and picked up packages here. I’ve also notarized documents at this location. They are always quick, efficient, and friendly.
