  The only reason it’s not 1 star is because I showed up at closing and they still took my return and that’s on me. However there was a tall man with brown hair and brown beard who gave me an attitude because they were one minute past closing and their WiFi wasn’t working because my Amazon QR code not to load. He pushed my package back towards me and said “staples around the corner will take you” and started taking his work shirt off in the middle of the store. But again, 1 extra star because luckily the QR code loaded in time for him to scan. When I was leaving there was an elderly woman who wished me well, however when I asked for the guy’s name she just stared at me. When I repeated the question she goes “why?” I said I was just curious and she said his name was on the receipt, only to get to my car and find out it was a lie. As someone who works in retail and customer service, I understand that when you work a long day and it’s closing time and a customer comes in, it’s extremely frustrating. However to completely brush me off when the WiFi not working is not my fault and the one item being returned took all of 2 minutes is insane. Disappointed in this customer service.

  I’ve been to this UPS store quite a few times as it is close to my home. I have never met a nastier crew than this one. They are nasty!!! Today I brought 2 items for return when the woman who was assisting me rolled her eyes at me. I had everything I was supposed to have for the return but I guess she wasn’t happy with that. I will never ever come back here or ever recommend this particular UPS store to anyone.

  I had to pay $5 to get a shipping label printed, but later found out that it could have been done for free if the staff had informed us about the QR code included in the email. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us was neither helpful nor polite in explaining the available options. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this issue..during our previous visit, the same young lady was also quite rude. I would appreciate it if you could look into the customer service experience at this UPS store and ensure customers are properly guided about available options.

  Customer service was very poor. The attendant did not greet me at all and simply waved me forward, which felt rude and dismissive. She continued talking to a coworker instead of engaging, and there was no thank you or professionalism at the end. Very disappointing experience.
