I called for a Quote ...got a machine asking me what I called for ....then of course they need my date of Birth to "quote" me a price . No other company asks this to quote my home policy. 6 different Allstate offices ...so instead ..I'll just shop elsewhere. People should learn that a customers time is valuable ...and answering a phone is critical to doing business
They say to you ....that they need your DATE OF BIRTH ...And can't give you a "QUOTE" WITHOUT it. Yet , I received a "QUOTE " from an ALLSTATE AGENT ....that i never contacted in my mail ...You figure it out ....I'm currently talking to that AGENT !!

They are great always get the job done
Tommy and his team are amazing knowledgeable at their craft, I was getting royally screwed while my policies were with a few different companies via the evil lizard, all are now consolidated with one company, overly pleased and have recommended my family/coworkers, he talked to me like a friend.
Thomas, Nikki and staff always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. If you want a hands on company to handle all of your insurance needs they the best. Easy to reach and always follows up.
Started off with a good experience but it went downhill quick. First, the company decided it was going to revoke my defensive driver discount because it expired and then send me a bill for the outstanding balance. However the bill was so ambiguous that I had to physically go to the agent to find out that the charge was because of the defensive driver certificate. When I provided the new certificate, they would only backdate 30 days DESPITE the fact that the date on the certificate clearly shows my certification was renewed prior to the previous one expiring. Regardless, they don't give a dam. They just take your money and then give you the run around. Called multiple times after that requesting a callback from Nikki. Never got one. 2 weeks later, still didn't get one. Will not go back.
