  I arrived at the store a few minutes before the posted 6:00 PM closing time. As I was walking toward the entrance, an employee saw me approaching and proceeded to lock the door, preventing me from entering even though the store had not yet reached its posted closing time. I understand that employees need to close the store at the end of the day, but locking the door as I was right in front of him was extremely rude and unprofessional.

  Although there’s a line outside this store, due to the amazing teamwork among the staff it moves so quickly that you’d think the store had 15 or more employees working there at any given time. The doors always open on time and the employees greet each one the moment you step inside.

  For the past few months, I’ve had to ship out a bunch of packages at least five days a week and I have to tell you I am always happy with my experience at this store. They are all so friendly and Very good at what they do. Even though sometimes there are long lines, The employees always keep it moving at a fast pace, so you’re never waiting too long. Sometimes I’m even on the other side of the island and I purposely drive to this exact store for these exact reasons.
