  I had a great experience at the Subway on Victory Blvd! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast even though they were busy. It's clear the team takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for fresh food and great service!

  这个餐厅的老板娘服务真的超级差，我在网上订了一个餐！忘了换promotion code 价格差了5美元！好声好气到店里解释！我取消订单！再在网上用promotion code 再订一个一样的！老板娘不但不同意！还骂人说以后都不要我来！说她的餐厅都不可以取消订单！手机在我手上我自己按错了就不允许通融！简直超级离谱的一家店

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I made a mistake which I fully acknowledge with the type of meat that I ordered. I asked the lady to please change out the sandwich and I would pay for any additional charge. She refuses to help me, says it’s not her problem and get her manager on the phone who is just as rude and unhelpful. I disputed my order with subway corporate and got my money back immediately. The female employee then got very rude and said that I used a BOGO coupon and the sandwich was free and I shouldn’t care. Minimum wage job and horrible employees to match. The customer rating completely justified.
