  I am very pleased with the services I have received from Frank Bruno's Allstate Insurance office, especially from agent Rhonda Siegel. She has been excellent at communicating and keeping me informed about my home insurance policy options. I first connected with Rhonda around 2021. Although I had gone with another insurance provider, she continued to communicate with me and kept me informed about her offerings. Eventually, when I ended my relationship with my prior policy, I decided to contact Rhonda, and she was nothing but helpful. She is extremely communicative and makes sure I have peace of mind when it comes to understanding my coverage. I am happy with my decision so far. Although Allstate is a little more expensive than State Farm, my prior insurance company, I would rather pay that, as I want to have someone in my corner supporting me in the event something occurs in my apartment. I highly recommend this office, and if you get to work with Rhonda, you are in good hands!

  I had an amazing experience with this Allstate agency. As a New York City resident, finding affordable car insurance is almost impossible, but they got me insured literally within minutes with a rate much lower than my previous insurance. State Farm rejected my renewal, and honestly I was stressed, but they made the whole process smooth, fast, and stress-free. Special thanks to Venitta who helped me🤗. She was incredibly professional, patient, and efficient. She explained everything clearly and took care of everything so quickly. Getting a deal like this in NYC is honestly sick. Highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for great service and better rates!

  Had a great experience with Frank Bruno Allstate Insurance. My agent Peter was awesome to work with. He helped me get homeowners insurance that covered everything I needed while still keeping it in my budget. Buying a house is already stressful enough, so having someone that responsive and easy to work with made a big difference. Think I’m going to switch my car insurance over to them as well. Definitely recommend working with him.
