  I would like to say that I had a great experience today at FedEx located on 965 Richmond Avenue Staten Island, I needed to print a document it was my fist time using the printing Machine and the Gentleman Mike was very very helpful in guiding me with every step . I’ll give Mike 10 stars ☺️

  My Bestie's store was clean and bright. Staff was very Nice and Polite. My Bestie provided the best customer service as always.

  I had a issue putting in a printing order online, it said It would be ready by the end of the day for pick up but when I put the order in it put it for pick up the next day. I called the office and the lady was extremely nice and apologized for the glitch on the website. Tiffany gave me a call back and said my order was ready 4 hours earlier than the original time and on the same day. The prints were good quality and when I got there all the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend getting your prints done at fedex its cheaper than staples and the staff are extremely helpful and hardworking. Thank you staff if you see this!
