  I always appreciate the atmosphere at this FedEx location; it is consistently calm and the staff operates with the utmost professionalism. I think it is absolutely awesome that they have started accepting Amazon returns here! It makes the whole process so convenient, especially since there are typically very short lines, allowing you to get in and out quickly. Beyond their great shipping and return services, I was also impressed to find out that they are very well priced for lamination. A wonderfully stress-free experience all around!

  I came in extremely frustrated after struggling to fax a document on my own. Tiffany met me with nothing but kindness and warmth. She was intentional, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive as I explained my situation. In the middle of my venting, a big smile crept across her face. She was already eager to share good news. She was just as happy as I was when we confirmed the fax went through. I don't typically leave reviews, but her charisma and spark moved me to, and that alone speaks to how exceptional her customer service truly is. And the best part? The personal matter I needed this for was resolved within minutes of reaching out. Something that took me months! Next time I know to just go to Tiffany at Fedex. THANK YOU, TIFFANY.
