  Last Sunday September 6th I had a dead battery. I had the battery jumped and went to this store to put the battery on the meter. The employee who checked the battery said the battery was BAD and I needed a battery. I didn't purchase a battery. Then I went to AutoZone, had battery tested and was told, no problem with battery. To confirm no problem with battery I had it rechecked at a local Auto Parts Store and once again told no problem with battery. For several days in person and by phone I attempted to reach Store Manager and left several messages to no avail. Finally decided to explain what happened to whoever answered the phone. He stated "maybe it was the meter or employee made a mistake" and he apologized. How can anyone misread the meter? A mistake that could of cost me a battery and money I don't have. My question is if they were attempting to try to sell me something I didn't need.

  Great service friendly greeting From great guys Jovan & Is Colleague Gene. These guys had part I needed overnighted and call me when you arrive! And had the part in hand when I walked in the door and smile on. Friendly respectful I want to say thank you for helping me in a hard time! Great service m, very knowledgeable you can trust these guys,🫡🫡

  I am from out of state all the way from Florida up here in Staten Island for work. It’s been blistering hot!!! ME Being prone to strokes is not a good situation At all. My AC was damaged as the motor went out for the blower and I needed a new one the staff was very helpful and friendly and cared about my needs, They respected me as a better man and thank me for my service. I truly feel that went above and beyond because they special order the part added overnighted and called me the moment it came in! They knew how bad I needed to part, And that my situation was Dire, As I’ve been burning up in the heat suffering with no AC I am beyond grateful as they’ve saved me a lot of money and time! When I came in they had the part in hand with a smile on her face and a friendly greeting. These guys understand! And they were there for me. And to Jovan & And his colleague Gene who had my back in a hard time truly I say thank you!! You treated me with respect and great service, thank you VERY Much and keep up the great work🫡🫡 With much respect Jahun Johnson
