  Honestly just goto autozone on William Floyd parkway or a different advanced they're always really rude in here. All the staff at the registers are rude as hell, I would normally give advanced auto a higher rating than autozone but staff really comes down to the quality of service and the quality of service is not good here so I don't normally come here unless I absolutely had to. I prefer advanced over autozone so if anything I would drive to the one in patchogue its better on the corner of 112 and main street.

  I pulled up needing help with a battery that was in need of immediate replacement. The service was quick, thorough and professional. The manager on the phone the evening prior promised me help if I showed up first thing in the morning. He was true to his word. Every employee there was kind and helpful. I really appreciated the help and the courtesy. I had been treated quite unkindly by a nearby branch the evening prior and this SHIRLEY STORE more than made up the the breach in professionalism shown by the other branch. Thank you SHIRLEY STORE!!!!!

  I started going here after giving up on AutoZone for how terrible they were. You wait just as long here, if not longer. The people are rude. I went there to get a new battery, turns out they install new batteries free of charge "at their discretion" which is nowhere to be found on their giant signs advertising for this. It's only found on their website. They made up some BS about how changing the battery could fry my computer, pointing at my fuse box. I'd say only go here if you absolutely have to, and only need to pick up quick stuff like oil or wiper fluid. Otherwise, just order online. It's cheaper and less hassle
