  Kevin form the Shirley location went above and beyond tonight . I called up inquiring about a part number . He checked it out and you had one in stock . I asked him if I could prepay and pick it up tomorrow since I had no vehicle at the time . He asked me where do you live? He then tells me I live in the same neighborhood I will drop it off on the way home . He also paid out-of-pocket . Now that's customer service !!! Thank you Kevin !!!

  Honestly just goto autozone on William Floyd parkway or a different advanced they're always really rude in here. All the staff at the registers are rude as hell, I would normally give advanced auto a higher rating than autozone but staff really comes down to the quality of service and the quality of service is not good here so I don't normally come here unless I absolutely had to. I prefer advanced over autozone so if anything I would drive to the one in patchogue its better on the corner of 112 and main street.

  I pulled up needing help with a battery that was in need of immediate replacement. The service was quick, thorough and professional. The manager on the phone the evening prior promised me help if I showed up first thing in the morning. He was true to his word. Every employee there was kind and helpful. I really appreciated the help and the courtesy. I had been treated quite unkindly by a nearby branch the evening prior and this SHIRLEY STORE more than made up the the breach in professionalism shown by the other branch. Thank you SHIRLEY STORE!!!!!

  They always seem to have what I need in stock even for a 17 year old vehicle. Prices are always good and there's plenty of parking and the staff is knowledgeable and quick to help.
