  Although Raff was extremely helpful, kind and patient, the Manager Jackson on the other hand was unprofessional and RUDE. I work for a Fire Department and frequent this UPS store with returns. I had a large amount of returns today of which were packaged and ready to go exactly the way they were shipped to me. Boxes never even opened. The QR codes from Amazon apparently didn’t match the quantity of pieces that were in the boxes and were all mixed up. Raff and I finally figured it out but in the end one box had to be opened that was taped closed to match the quantity of items to the QR code. She then told me I would be charged a “service fee to tape the box back up.” I said you have to be kidding me. The box was taped when I brought it in. I understand it wasn’t UPS’s fault that Amazon mixed up the QR codes but it isn’t my fault either. I asked if she would waive that fee for a fire department and she said she couldn’t so I asked to speak to the manager. Jackson was rude, unprofessional and didn’t care about the fact that it was for a fire department. The fee was $2.00. Really? You can’t waive $2.00 for a fire department? It wasn’t about the $2.00, it was the point at hand. Disgraceful! There is always exceptions but apparently not in Jackson’s eyes! He doesn’t deserve the title of a manager. Shame on him.
