    My sandwich was toasted when I didn’t ask for toasted, tuna was ridiculously rationed & staff extremely rude!! Rushed taking my order with no other customers in awaiting, I will never enter that store again and will definitely not recommend. Please teach staff proper etiquette!!

    I feel horrible for writing this review but this subway has gone quite down hill. With the previous owners it was very good, nice staff, quality meat and vegetables. But now the meat is quite literally gross, the ham especially, it’s definitely not the Black Forest that they use to use, it’s sweet and has a chemical taste and makes the sandwich disgusting. They are extremely understaffed, which isn’t entirely their fault but some (not all) of the staff are very rude (except for this one nice older man he’s very nice) but their is this one women who has a messy bun and glasses with a nose ring who’s just awful, she’s slow, rude and honestly crazy. I came in at 12:15 and their was one other man in front of me, but when I came in instead of helping the man she was taking an online order, no biggie but she was doing it so insufferably slow, she finally got to the man’s order which was very small, and it still was insuffarably long. at this point I’ve been in the establishment for 15 minutes still just me in the store, she then took the longest online order I’ve ever seen. I told her my order was very short it was only one thing and she still insisted on finishing the order that had four different sandwiches, after that a line started forming and more and more people kept coming in getting frustrated with the woman and leaving. she took an additional 15 minutes to do the entire online order before she got to me, the entire time she was doing the order and more people kept coming in she was yelling and exclaiming that her coworker hasn’t came in yet, which I do understand her frustration. after I get my order which took a few minutes, I noticed that the line was about seven people and Morehead came in but had left out of frustration, after my order she told the next person in line that he would have to wait because she had to do three online orders. Overall she was very rude very condescending and very erratic.
