I had the pleasure of buying two phones today from a lovely lady name Katie j. Not only did I buy these two phones today I also bought my last one from her before. I went there a week or two ago and there was someone different who didn't even attempt to look up my plan at all. This lady who I don't remember the name of told me my only upgrade was a 1,200 phone but when I called yesterday I was told I could get a upgrade for 250 not including accessories. Which meant I didn't have to save up for the three weeks I planned. I can definitely say I will be going to this cricket for every single phone purchase I have as long as Katie j is there. Well my phone is updating we talked about the camera quality battery quality and even other topics like music or food places well I was waiting she made fantastical conversation to keep me very engaged and I didn't get upset at all during the transaction while my old phones information was transferring to the new phone.

I was in need of a new iPhone since my old one, an iPhone 8 Plus, decided it wasn’t going to work anymore, so I made a decision to go to this Cricket Wireless Store on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady where I was greeted by a delightful young lady, Alicia and I left with a new phone and high regard for the professionalism given me by this young lady. Not only was she very sweet to deal with, but her knowledge of her job was second to none. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I left feeling grateful that I had her to help me go over my new phone that was much different than my old one. Although she was busy with other customers, she never hesitated to answer any questions I had while I was learning about my new phone. She is an absolute asset to the business and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Alicia for a job well done!!
