  I was in need of a new iPhone since my old one, an iPhone 8 Plus, decided it wasn’t going to work anymore, so I made a decision to go to this Cricket Wireless Store on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady where I was greeted by a delightful young lady, Alicia and I left with a new phone and high regard for the professionalism given me by this young lady. Not only was she very sweet to deal with, but her knowledge of her job was second to none. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I left feeling grateful that I had her to help me go over my new phone that was much different than my old one. Although she was busy with other customers, she never hesitated to answer any questions I had while I was learning about my new phone. She is an absolute asset to the business and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Alicia for a job well done!!

  Not good staff and she was like jealous at me for getting my stuff done and rude to me . She also on-purposely ordered the wrong color and phone and I couldn’t wait another two weeks .EVERY TIME I go there she is always there like please switch your employees around, I can never get nothing done .
