  We had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I’ve used this location before, but today I was returning a special order, where Home Depot issued six barcodes for six items and instructed that all items be packed in one box. This is a normal return setup I’ve seen handled at other shipping locations: one label goes on the outside of the box, and the remaining labels go inside. However, both the staff and the owner refused to help with the return and were very rude throughout the interaction. When I tried to explain where the label needed to be corrected, the owner accused me of “pointing fingers,” even though I was simply trying to show her the label issue. The way we were spoken to felt unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. We contacted Home Depot for clarification, and they confirmed that they were not aware of any other UPS Stores refusing returns for this reason. I would not recommend this location unless your transaction is extremely simple and requires no communication or problem-solving from the staff. Based on my experience, the customer service was poor, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a person of color, I also left feeling that we were treated especially badly, which made the experience even more upsetting. Save your time and go to another UPS Store.

  I have used the services at this UPS Store on several occasions over the past 2 years. The owner and her staff are professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Their location is also very convenient for me. I most recently used their notary services as well as print services for posters for a youth sports equipment drive. Their work was of high quality and exactly as requested. I highly recommend.

  Always an amazing service from Kay Alvarado. I have other locations closer to home, but i prefer to take the 20 mins drive just to be taken care by her

  I am very happy for the service I received from KAY at he UPS in Scarsdale. My mom doesn't speak English and she needed to send a package and KAY was the only person fluent in Spanish and she was able to assist my mom with the best of the attitude and speaking in Spanish so I didn't have to translate a word. THANK YOU SO MUCH KAY.

  This UPS Store is extremely clean, organized, and professional. I recently went in to ship out an item and had never shipped anything before, so I was honestly a little confused about the process. Thankfully, Ishan helped me out and made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress-free. He was very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the whole process. He explained the different shipping services they offer and guided me step-by-step so I understood exactly what I was paying for and what option worked best for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. I also had no idea they offered notary services until he mentioned it, and I’m so glad I know now because it’s honestly hard to find reliable places that provide that service nearby. Most importantly, my package arrived safely and was handled with great care. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
