  It is fast and easy to drop off and have my packages shipped. The staff is great. Friendly too. They handle the weighing and labeling of the packages.

  The associate at the front desk was rude and did not know how to speak to the customer. I tried explaining to him but he was so arrogant. I will not be going back to this location

  I had a last-minute, fairly large print request right before closing, including spiral binding, and the team here went above and beyond to help me get everything done on time. Tyesha was especially helpful — extremely professional, efficient, and detail-oriented even under tight timing. Really appreciate the support and great service. Highly recommend this location!

  Terrible customer service. I have never written a negative review, but this encounter definitely tops my list. I had a friend go in and attempt to pick up a package. He was listed as a person that could pick up the package, and he had gone in whilst on the phone with me. An employee by the name of Dwayne had immediately greeted him with attitude, and total disrespect. The initial encounter was ignored because people may have bad days, but the lack of care and attitude continued throughout the interaction. Not only was my friend mislead about the package whereabouts which were clearly indicated on the app, he persisted that the package was at a different location and would reply to simple questions with utter disregard. Towards the end of the interaction, he eventually said that the package would be delivered later that day and when confronted regarding his sass, he immediately took it up a notch which is when my friend had walked out and thanked him for his assistance. I dislike Fedex in general, but this location has probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
