  The most unfriendly, rude, condescending supposed franchise owner. No one in the store except one other employee. I needed a box and was wanting to watch it packaged. He said no, they would do it later after packing previous orders. I said I can pack it, if you give me a box. He gave me a box that was way too big for the items along with some bubble wrap. I asked for a smaller box and he insisted that was the size box I needed. I did say under my breath “you just can’t get good customer service anymore”. He apparently heard me and then said he was going to refund me and asked me to leave. He called me a 100 year old and that in today’s world he doesn’t have to listen to. It escalated with words both ways and I then walked out. The charge for best rate, no rush was $46 with packaging $57. I went to US Postal Service and the cost was $17 with Packaging $21 plus I got “good customer service “. Beware of this place! I’m not the only one complaining!!!

  Came in and got help from Morgan and Jordan (Jordyn? Not sure how to spell her name). Phenomenal service. Quickly helped me out after a terrible experience at the Spectrum Store trying to return equipment. THANK YOU MORGAN AND JORDAN!!!

  Excellent service. Amazon makes us take any returns here now. The staff is accommodating and professional.

  Staff is very rude, I walked in and the guy didn’t even say anything, just threw his hands up in a gesture I can only assume meant what do you want, never said a word during the entire transaction other than at the end “do you want a receipt” in a less than friendly tone, I’ll be going to the queensbury branch to do my business from now on, they’re always friendly there!
