  Had one employee on that was clearly far too overwhelmed for the crowd. Place was a mess, boxes In the pickup area. It's a concert night in Saratoga at 5pm. Plan better subway.

  Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. I’ve eaten at subway countless times and know exactly how the chicken is supposed to smell and taste the chicken at this location had an extremely strong rotten smell almost like spoiled meat. It was so bad that I lost my appetite and couldn’t finish my food on top of that, the employee who helped me was rude and seemed annoyed that customers were there customer service was poor and the overall experience was unpleasant from start to finisI won’t be coming back and would recommend that others pay close attention to the freshness of the food before ordering

  The employee with the short hair is bitter all the time.
