  Can’t say enough praises and compliments to Joey who helped us out while vacationing in Lake Placid this past week. My car died and we were able to jump it from the rental house to the Saranac Lake store. Joey ran a few tests and was able to diagnose the car with needing a new alternator. He was able to order the alternator for an early morning delivery the next day and get it over to a local mechanic that got us on the road the same day we were checking out of our rental. Kudos to Joey for awesome customer service!

  I needed a coil pack for my car and they even let me use tools to replace it in the parking lot , great people!

  Advance Auto Parts in Saranac Lake was very helpful to me when I had a problem while traveling from Virginia. Got me the right item, ensured I had the needed tools to do the job, and did so cheerfully.

  I've had good experiences with Advance Auto in the past, but yesterday really stood out. I had an car issue, and Josh came to the rescue. He not only took the time to help me figure out what the issue was, but once we diagnosed it he helped me replace the part with a new part - in a cramped area of the vehicle. My electronic receipt didnt have a place to provide feedback, so I'm leaving this review here. So great to have a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employee like Josh to help me get things back and running on my car!
