  Advance Auto Parts in Saranac Lake was very helpful to me when I had a problem while traveling from Virginia. Got me the right item, ensured I had the needed tools to do the job, and did so cheerfully.

  I've had good experiences with Advance Auto in the past, but yesterday really stood out. I had an car issue, and Josh came to the rescue. He not only took the time to help me figure out what the issue was, but once we diagnosed it he helped me replace the part with a new part - in a cramped area of the vehicle. My electronic receipt didnt have a place to provide feedback, so I'm leaving this review here. So great to have a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employee like Josh to help me get things back and running on my car!

  I thought my windshield wiper was broken, so I stopped by. It just needed to be put back on. They did it for free.

  I needed a new wiper blade and went to the Saranac Lake store. Wade and Joey helped me out. They were very informative , friendly and installed the wiper blade for me. I would definitely recommend the store to anybody and asked for Wade or Joey. They were excellent.
