  I want to thank Nislia for going over and beyond from making a custom box to getting it on the truck for an international package within 30-40 minutes. Tim and Lorraine were great too helping with the process and making the labels. All 3 of them were kind, patient and great customer service!! One of the best Fedex location I've been to! 5 Stars all around

  Ordered a tennis racket for my son and requested the delivery be held at the store. Was not aware that the hold was only for 5 days. Rep called from store to notify me that the package was being sent back. I requested that the hold be extended and was told that it would be held until I am able come in and pick up a few days later. When I went to pick up I was then told that the manager of the store sent the racket back. No one from the store notified me of this and was not able to contact customer service in enough time to have the package rerouted. This is extremely poor customer service

  Refused to take a package in a box that it was shipped in (and delivered via FedEx). Box was sealed and packaged. Representative at the front desk was on the phone and was not responsive to the line.
