Sandwich good, service so bad, no smile no response. Even no place to sit down.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this restaurant and had issues, and at this point it’s becoming extremely frustrating. The woman who handed me my order was unprofessional and clearly needs additional customer service training. Not only was the service disappointing, but none of the instructions on my order were followed. I specifically requested extra lettuce, mayonnaise, and Baja Chipotle sauce, yet none of that was included. There was also no salt, pepper, or oregano provided.
What makes this even more upsetting is that this is not the first issue I’ve experienced here. The last time I ordered in person, the woman at the counter had an attitude simply because I asked for minor adjustments to the $3.99 value sub. I was told that absolutely nothing could be altered — no salt, no pepper, no pickles, nothing other than exactly what was listed on the menu — even though the menu itself clearly states that additional items can be added for an extra charge.
As a paying customer, this level of poor service, lack of attention to orders, and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I have now purchased from this location multiple times and continue to experience errors and unprofessional behavior. I would like someone from management to contact me directly regarding these repeated issues

Rude employees. I ordered around 12:40, and my order wasn’t ready until about 1:30, which is honestly insane. There were three workers standing around doing nothing and on their phones. I can see there have been other complaints about this too, which makes it crazy that nothing has changed apparently.

I honestly don’t understand how the black male employee here hasn’t been fired yet. There are already multiple reviews complaining about him, and after my experience, I can confirm they’re accurate. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional toward customers. Instead of trying to help, he acts irritated whenever someone asks a question, and his attitude makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service like this reflects badly on the business, especially when so many people seem to be reporting the same behavior. I really like Subway overall, but I would honestly recommend going to any other location besides this one.
