  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Victoria! For the past few years, she’s been an absolute lifesaver when it comes to my auto and renters insurance. She is so patient, kind, and truly listens to all my needs. She breaks everything down so clearly, making sure I always feel confident in my decisions.   I wish to thank Randy for resolving a very long past due claim for water damage in our home which began in November. I ended up having to pay the contractor myself because I wasn’t receiving money from the insurance . I called Randy and he got right on it He made some phone calls and it was resolved immediately. He had compassion for me and was kind, and said he would take care of this and he did. I would ask that he be recognized as an asset to your firm. Thank you
