  I think people should switch to DHL. I filed a support ticked yesterday, and no one has gotten back to me. It is supposed tobe redelivered today, and its already into the afternoon and I have not e en received text updates that I signed up for. Yesterday, the carrier didnt even leave a notice on my doof of intended delivery. You cant even get through on the phone to a live agent.

  Lately FedEx delivery quality has dropped to absolute zero. The driver delivering a package that requires my signature doesn’t even bother ringing the doorbell. He just sticks a “missed delivery” note and leaves. After I complained to FedEx Customer Service, the very next day the same driver did the exact same thing again. I only managed to get my package because I caught him as he was about to drive away. When I asked Customer Service to hold the package at a FedEx store or hub so I could pick it up, they refused. They claimed the sender put restrictions that only allow delivery to my residence. I contacted the sender — he confirmed this was completely false. He only requested a signature upon delivery. This is the second time I’ve had serious problems with both the FedEx driver and their Customer Service. Just a warning: FedEx’s performance is horrible. They are by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. I have filed the complain to the FE (my case is # C256021635), but I don't anticipate any improvement in service before their top management is changed.

  If I can give them 0 starts I would. They don’t go to the door. Took off of work just to retrieve a package that was 8am to 8 pm!the driver never left a sticker or rang the door. Called upper management and absolutely no sympathy regarding I needed this medication yesterday. They keep none of their workers accountable. Horrible.
