Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Got an update that they attempted to deliver my package 2 days in a row - 0 attempt was made. We were home, there wasn't a knock, there wasn't a slip left behind. Simply a picture of my house from their vehicle. Absolutely horrible. Now I have to go tomorrow to pick it up somewhere else when it's time sensitive and I don't have the time to do it.

I don't know if this is the right location but at the moment I don't care - FedEx as an entity is downright incompetent. Twice now they've managed to screw up packages for my customers. One has been in customs limbo for over a week, the other was marked out for delivery all day today, now it says it's coming in two days... AND is out for delivery. A decades old logistics company and they can't even get their information straight. I called customer service and in a nutshell they told me the reason... was that they had too many packages to deliver. Why bother even being a company if you're going to give an excuse like that?? If I'd had any other choice for these deliveries I would have taken it. I didn't though. This was the shipper's choice, not mine, and now I and my customers are paying the price for FedEx's gross incompetence.
