  The lines can be long! They definitely need a bigger space and more people. Often the long lines are caused by people who need assistance that just takes a long time. Like faxing 15 pages, or the customer isn't prepared and has to do that on everyone else's time. There are only 3 "registers" so during busy times the wait can be longer than my impatient self can handle. But I can also see that the manager and employees are aware and do what they can to speed up the process. Again... Bigger space and more employees!

  The lady behind the counter is not human. If you're going here looking for any form of customer service, be advised that it's worth the drive to the next town over just to avoid doing business here.
