  Possibly Stolen Package My brother shipped a package containing my medical optical prescription via UPS on March 10 or 11, 2026. The package was scheduled for delivery to me in NYC, but after more than two weeks it has not arrived. I requested the tracking information from my brother. The receipt he provided was damaged and illegible. I then contacted the shipping store directly and spoke with employees McKenzie and Jada, as well as the individual I believe to be the manager, Gina (names may not be exact). Over the following weeks, I made multiple attempts to reach the store regarding the missing package. Despite these efforts, the store has declined to investigate the matter or provide a copy of the original receipt or tracking details. I am concerned about the lack of cooperation from the shipping location in investigating the missing package or providing basic documentation. I am writing this review to inform other customers who may use this location for shipping packages about my experience. -Rosario Di Salvo
