  I found assistant manager Tim, to be very knowledgeable and patient with my battery issue. I’m having better luck stopping here, rather trying to get help from the service writers at the authorized auto dealerships. Tim called my attention to other issues too. I’ll be back.

  Completely incompetent. I attempted to return a defective set of wiper blades purchased at the Yorkville location, but the staff at this store refused the return, claiming I had to return them to the specific store where I bought them. This is a blatant lie and a violation of their own corporate return policy. My purchase was made under my Speed Perks account with my phone number attached, which is accessible by any location. Instead of doing their job or looking up the transaction, they chose to be unhelpful and sent me on a pointless drive back to Yorkville. Avoid this location; the staff is either poorly trained or just lazy.

  Had to wait 10 minutes for manager but he couldn't help because I brought wrong receipt with me. Lol
