  Old guy with glasses and black earrings… I’ve never felt instantly compelled to write a bad review the second I left somewhere. I came in asking which type of headlight I needed for my car. I’ve purchased this before, but forgot the exact one. I thought it would be an easy ask. This man spoke to me like I was a 3 year old child. I’ve never had someone speak to me in such a condescending tone my entire life. Not sure what compelled him to do that when I politely asked to look up which headlight I needed. “Okay now that you’re on that aisle, no a little to the right, a little bit down, oh no a little more to the right, make sure it looks exactly like the picture I just showed you.” Meanwhile I spotted the headlight as soon as I walked down the aisle. He couldn’t even see where I was looking as he stayed behind the register. I didn’t appreciate being spoken to that way. He then asks me if I have rubber gloves, I said yes. Then he goes “you know for you or if you have someone else doing it for you”. Not sure if he gets a rise over speaking to people that way but I feel bad for him. Been to many different advanced auto locations and never had an experience like that over such a simple purchase. Maybe don’t work a customer service job if you can’t speak to people with respect.

  Don’t typically do this, but gotta give credit where credit its due. James is awesome. Went in for a bad battery, not only did he help me replace it, explained all other potential issues, checked alternator, starter, and explained everything to my wife and I. Hard to find knowledgeable and kind people like that nowadays.

  This store and staff have always been great. Total pro’s. Bought a battery today , Sean installed it .. did the bench test on the old battery .. reviewed it with me .. did the install , bench tested the new battery and reviewed. Just some good old school customer service that you don’t experience anymore .. best Auto-parts store around. Thanks Sean Cheers!
