The very rude bad attitude woman behind the counter for Subway in the valero station should be fired her customer service is NILL. I left took my business elsewhere. And will never go back. I surly will let others know.

The food is very fresh. Service was fast and friendly. They put the sandwich together just the way I like it.

I placed an order for pick up on the APP. My order was confirmed and I noticed the ready time kept changing so I drove to the subway to find the woman working there closing down early for the day. I asked her about my order she just kept repeating “I’m closed” I’m working on getting my money back. I see by other reviews this person is a constant problem… I’m guessing she is the owner.
I came here twice because my daughter was learning skating nearby. The service lady seems not following the standard hygiene protocol. She didn’t take off her gloves while touching the screen and throwing the wrapper.
She was very slow. Her eyesight seems not good. When there are many customers and she is talking, I am not sure whether she is talking to me or someone else. If it is not because of the location, I would not have come to this store. I don’t know why Subway chooses such a weird person to serve. I respect people’s right to work. But if my experience as a consumer was uncomfortable, I must say something. If I had a health issue because of the food, I will report.
