  @Owner, does it make sense when your staff keep someone waiting for their order for one hour? I hope you understand the situation of you store what people inside are doing with that question. I’m sorry to rate it and put the review but if you don’t change the system they will shut down your business.

  Manager is in the back just tossing wings while he has this dude who is clearly new and struggling to communicate with the customers walking back and forth between them and the manager. Saucing wings is super easy, shoulda been the manager doing the talking and the other guy saucing wings. New guy was doing the most work, too.

  The workers lie and say your order is next. 25 min later they still walk by you saying nothing. Theres no friendly workers since the place open. They always seem moody and unprofessional. Some workers chat their phone in front of you. Just need better training , like us their a manager. After waiting 25 min for and order that should have been ready and not giving a time as I come to pick up in not OK. Some businesses actually work on employee training THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO ASAP!
