  Customer service was Great! placed a wrong online order and the manager was kind enough to fix it, even after I was willing to pay the difference the manager insisted at no extra charge and on top of it, he told me to keep the wrong order and replaced it with the correct one. Thank you!

  I took my wife and kids here for dinner. We got the family pack of 30. Ordering at the counter was fine, but after that, it was all downhill from there. The restaurant has enough space to sit 10 people at best, so it was crammed. The tables had just been wiped down, and they were wet and sticky. The manager “Peter” told me to grab some paper towels and just wipe it up. That’s something he should have done. When the food was delivered, there were no napkins or anything. We had to ask, and the workers pointed to a roll of paper towels. No matter what we asked for, it seemed like an inconvenience for them. Not a very good experience or atmosphere, and most certainly over priced.

  Hello! I forgot to post this on Tuesday, but my friend and I went to Wingstop and had probably the best experience ever! The woman who took our order was named Trisha (I hope I am spelling it correctly), but she was an absolute sweetheart! My friend's card had been acting up and Trisha decided to cover her order! Now I know that there is still amazing people out there like her because that act of kindness made our day! I don't think I have ever seen anyone actually do that kind of thing for someone in my life! All the workers were just amazing, and even though they were very busy during their lunch rush they were kind to every single customer! Now I know that not every time you go somewhere that someone would do that for you, but Trisha didn't waste a second and decided to help us out! I don't think she realized how much we appreciated her, she helped us out when we needed too. Thank you for hiring such an amazing worker! Have a blessed day!!
