  Walked in after the time it said to pick up order on the app, food wasn’t done when we got inside cool it’s not that busy shouldn’t be long wait right? Wrong. Waited an additional 30 mins for my food to be wrong. Saw multiple workers chewing gum over food (disgusting) and after my whole wait my food was still messed up and I ended up waiting even longer. Come here if you want to waste your time and get cold food.

  Management—GIVE YOUR STAFF A RAISE!! I’d rate this WingStop 6 stars if I could. Everyone was very nice here and the wings and fries were hot. You guys genuinely made my day better. Thank you!

  Chicken sandwich and fries were decent, but everything served there came out of a freezer, nothing fresh. Service was prompt, however with 3 employees, prep work could have been done while waiting for the food to cook, instead of just talking

  First off, employees are pretty rude and miserable which I’ll never return for automatically. If you hate your job that much probably don’t work there, and if you’re gonna have attitude leave that at home. Food was just alright, wouldn’t come back for that reason either. Heard it was good, it wasn’t. There are WAY better wing places in Henrietta. This location needs a total staff change. I’d fire them all if these people worked for me. If you like trash food, rude people, and terrible atmosphere this is the place for you!
