  They lost my package included store employees and ups customer service has no clue where is the package.. Nobody trying to helping.. Nobody understanding you.. All they responsible is $35 refund… And they don’t care about the service you paid for. 7/31/26 paid 2 days service 8/6/26 still waiting for delivery Worst customer service ever Will not spend any penny to ups again.. This store says we are not ups… She said your packages with ups and call them. I talked with 4 different customers service all 4 said something different including last location for package.. can’t trust them..

  The employees are always helpful and pleasant. Even when busy they take their time and make you feel like you are important enough to talk to you. They Don't make you feel like they are hurrying you along. Also the store is always neat and clean.
