    I was greeted by a very nice woman and she was also very carful and knowledgeable of what I needed shipped. Very pleasant to work with. I believe her name was Rosa. You don’t get good service anymore so she made my experience nice!

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. I walked in simply to return a package and was the only customer in the store. Instead of being greeted professionally, the employee assisting me had a very hostile attitude. She was rolling her eyes, scrunching up her face, and mean-mugging me as if we had some kind of issue when I had just walked in. I was polite and simply said I wanted to return a package, so the reaction I received was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service should involve basic courtesy, especially when a customer has done nothing to warrant that kind of attitude. If this is the type of customer service people receive here, it definitely discourages customers from wanting to return to this location. I hope management addresses this because interactions like that make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

    This location was great prior to 2020. Now the staff are just unfriendly, even RUDE. Particularly management. Rather than being greeted in a friendly manner, I am immediately scrutinized on ANY box I bring in to ship. I am them given a long spiel which almost borders on harassment about my boxes. About how they aren’t sturdy enough, or taped correctly, or this, that, and the other thing. About how management has the jurisdiction to deny my box for shipment. There’s always SOMETHING. There is never anything even remotely wrong with the boxes I bring in. They are all sturdy, secure, taped correctly, appropriate shape...etc. Perhaps they are just adamant on selling products but they’re DEFINITELY going about it the wrong way by badgering a customer as soon as they come through the door. There are helpful recommendations, and then there is undue criticism, which is what I receive each time. Nothing kind or courteous. Ever. Almost as if the staff just hates being there and being bothered by people. This location is right up the road from my work and I absolutely refuse to go here anymore because the staff has completely killed it for me. They could stand to learn about proper customer service and courtesy.
