    I was dreading the experience of having to ship a 75 lb mixing motor from Rochester to Florida, especially since i had not done anything like this before. I found that the price at UPS was competitive with other shippers and the staff at this Henrietta store handled the process (including packaging) with ease and professionally. Interestingly, the staff seem to be eager and happy to have such an unusual object. The mixing motor arrived at its intended destination in excellent condition , and well packed (as commented on by the purchaser. I will definitely use this UPS store when I have any future shipping needs. I heartly recommend their professionalism and competence.
