  I absolutely LOVE the UPS Victor store! They are always so helpful and personable. I go in for everything from Amazon returns to shipping to print and design work. Abby is FANTASTIC, Rachel is lovely and all the guys on the team could not be nicer or more helpful. I love knowing I can confidentally go in and they'll help me with whatever I need!

  UPS employee Libby went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I am a resident physician currently working in the Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital and work from 7 am to 7 pm, so I arrived at the UPS store at 7:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing, to ship a package. However, instead of declining to ship it, Libby graciously helped me through the process of shipping the package, despite very likely getting out late that night. I am beyond grateful for her selfless generosity and because of her service, I plan to continue using The UPS Store, and Henrietta, NY store 5641 specifically, in the future. Thank you, Libby!

  Never again. I specifically chose this UPS Store because of the high ratings and had my Brahmin purse delivered here so I could pick it up while traveling. The package was delivered on August 12 and was already refused and sent back on August 13 — literally the very next day. I came in today to pick it up and found out it was already gone. I never refused the package, and I was fully prepared to pay the daily holding fee until I could pick it up. I wasn’t contacted or given any reasonable amount of time to retrieve it before it was returned to the sender. I chose this location because I thought the high rating meant my package would be handled properly. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient.

  Paid ups $6 for a prepaid label came to this location they charge $3 just to print their own ups prepaid label if no QR Code this is a terrible upcharge to place on prepaid label buyers because the company doesn’t issue a QR. I can choose between Fedex or Ups i will convert back to FedEx primarily because ups just stopped issuing me a QR code while FedEx does. Making update tonight. Great employees terrible greedy company though

  The Customer Service provided by Cliff is always outstanding!!! We have used this UPS location for several years! Cliff is one of the main reasons we come back and recommend to others. He is attentive to longer lines and continuously ensures that guests are treated quickly, professionally and with a great attitude!!
