    Never has broccoli and cheddar soup out when they’re supposed to daily . It’s actually ridiculous to check every morning when they should have it ready !!! Poor customer service all around

    Anytime I’m in the Rochester airport, I always stop by this Subway. The food is consistently fresh, the store is always clean, and the staff is so courteous. I also appreciate the efficient service, especially when trying to catch a flight. I never have to worry about waiting on my food, which makes traveling so much easier. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m passing through!

    The staff were very welcoming. They had amazing customer service. The food was very fresh. This is a location that I’ll be returning to. I had no wait time and I was very happy with that. I was so pleasantly impressed by my overall experience. I wish that I could give a higher rating because the store is well worth ten stars across the board.

    I recently had a truly pleasant experience at the Subway in the Greater Rochester Airport. I’ll admit, about six months ago my experience was less than ideal; I ultimately left without my order due to an extended wait time. However, my most recent visit was a complete turnaround. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was exceptionally courteous, and the service flowed with a level of efficiency and care that did not go unnoticed. It genuinely felt like a renewed sense of professionalism and pride had been instilled ,perhaps reflective of a shift in management. I appreciate the noticeable improvement and am so glad I decided to return. This experience was both refreshing and commendable.
