  Got what I needed to be done done and associate did help get a good shipping price but the other associate who had just clocked out had to get my associates attention to help me even though he was at the POS and I was standing right in front of it because the on clock associate was head down scrolling through his phone not paying attention to anything else.

  This is a huge shout for Angel, who I believe is the manager of the office at 12 corners. She is truly an angel! Last Thursday I had to mail an emergency package to my family in the ADK’s- inadvertently I put in the wrong street name which my partner noticed when I sent him a copy of the receipt. Apparently, once it’s entered in the system, it is impossible to change. When I went back to the office after discovering it, the young man was very kind but said I had to reach out to the 800 number. Angel stepped in and said that she would handle it. She did indeed handle it. In fact, she even called me the next day in the morning, which was her day off, to tell me that she had spoken with the driver and it was out for delivery and he had eyes on it. I am so grateful.
