  Came here to print a label again and today they female manager states i have to pay to print a label!! Yeah i will not be coming here anymore after today i ship over 50 packages a month and now today something else again. Taking my business where it’s appreciated

  This location used to be better when they had computers, but it's still good, and the staff are friendly. Cannot beat the printers and the packaging.

  I’ve printed a few different invitations here, and had to have them reprinted several times only for them to still be wrong. They are incapable of printing something correctly.

  I was the only customer in there, and the employee at the counter was just staring at her phone, but she couldn't be bothered to scan in my package to hand me a receipt. She grumpily told me to use the kiosk. She couldn't even say goodbye as I left. You should put down your phone and help the customer. Consistently this location has poorer customer service than other locations I've been to.
