  Disrespectful, ruse and apathetic people working the counter. The giant dark woman who was clearly bothered by a customwr waiting in line and ignored me. I waited 5 minutes until she decided to lumber over from her computer and provide me with zero customer service. I was told to basically contact customer service about a package tha the customer service itself told me WAS at this location. Worthless biomass. Fedex continues to be one of the worst companies in the united states. UPS all the way from now on!

  Fed ex is a joke stay away from this company by all means necessary!!! I shipped my iPhone on may 13th with two day express mail!! The employee on Jefferson road put it in the box themselves!!!! Well on the 15th it was not moving anywhere!! Wait until 19th contact FedEx!! That’s a joke can’t talk to an actual human!!! They do this on purpose!! Get a return call from a very rude FedEx representative 2 days later!! Long story short they can’t find my phone it’s gone!! So file a claim!! lol 😂 wait two weeks for them to deny your claim!! What like you didn’t lose my phone right?? Look on Reddit there employees are clearly committing theft and this company encourages and is ok with employees stealing your packages!! So go to a reputable delivery service stay away from these theives!! There reason is that supposedly because it was going to Apple you Wave all liability of FedEx!! Yup only a theiving company would have that policy!!!!

  Sunday April 12 at 1:00 p.m. Could barely hear the girl that handled my return. If she was reluctant to address me as this location was completely empty, I must have bothered her from standing there doing nothing. Also, be aware that you'll be packaging your returns as well. Zero stars.
