  I was not at home to receive my package, but the driver told me he’d be able to return it to the DHL office at Rochester airport. When I came over after leaving work the driver was still out but Kevin (the person who helped me) said he spoke with the driver and that it would be returned in time for me to pick it up before the office closed that evening. I went home and had time to feed my pet and got a call from Kevin saying the package had been received at the office and I could pick it up. I got my package soon after and I’m appreciative for the communication from everyone at DHL.
