  Louis was very helpful and nice! He helped me switch over from TracFone to Cricket! He gave me a good deal on a new phone and plan! Before I went to Cricket I checked out T-Mobile and the gentleman there was very rude to me! AT&T was way overpriced! So cricket was the best choice for me!

  I called and asked if they would hold two phones for me and they obliged. They upgraded my phone, put it in the case and started it up and did the same for my boyfriend. It was THE quickest, most efficient, and best customer service EVER!!! THANKS GUYS!!!
