  Went to downtown location and the guy quoted me 500$ for 4 new lines. Didn't really want to help. everything was him guessing .I left and went to the cricket on upper falls whick was WAY better and I left with 4 phones for 180$. Go where your respected and save money. Not the downtown location.

  Nemo is one of the best hands down. I love her spirit. I love how she handle things with grace and how she discipline her coworker (a guy coworker kept using the B word) while kept a smile on her face. She definitely a breath fresh of air we needed.
